Job description

Client Services Administrator - Liverpool

We are working with a well-established wealth management firm based in Liverpool looking for an experienced Client Services Support Administrator to join their busy team. The right candidate will be flexible and dedicated, with effective communication and interpersonal skills, who can work independently or as part of a team. You will be expected to sometimes work towards tight deadlines so you must be able to work within pressured environments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Diary management, including booking and preparing for adviser meetings
  2. Answering telephone calls and handling incoming/outgoing post
  3. Liaising with third parties, processing new business enquiries, and following up with providers for funds and information
  4. Providing high-level administrative support while maintaining excellent communication with the team
  5. Preparing regulatory paperwork for adviser meetings and completing post-meeting action points
  6. Submitting new business and fund transfers using bespoke software
  7. Carrying out fund switches and financial calculations for clients using specific systems and processes
  8. Delivering the highest standard of client care both internally and externally
  9. Providing administrative support to Advisers, including detailed meeting pack preparation, business submissions, and client requests
  10. Liaising with providers
  11. Organising and hosting office visits and events, including coordinating briefing and materials
  12. Maintaining accurate records of client correspondence using CRM systems
  13. Updating internal database systems accurately
Experience:
  • Previous experience working within the financial services industry
  • IFA experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous secretarial or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Use of Salesforce (desirable but not essential)
