Job Description:

This role involves providing administrative and customer-facing support to the DNA laboratory. Responsibilities include liaising with customers, handling calls, providing reports, managing sample inquiries, data entry onto CLIMS, and ensuring contractual TRT’s are met. The position requires flexibility and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Salary: Competitive

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all areas of the DNA Centre
• Accurate data entry
• Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly
• Send reports to customers as per protocols
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Follow Customer Operational Protocols
• Collaborate with team members and managers
• Manage invoices and queries
• Communicate urgent customer requests
• Manage release of results
• File and archive documents
• Handle package returns and transfers
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Adhere to company policies and values

Qualifications and Skills:

• Maintain competence in trained areas
• Fast, accurate data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CLIMS
