Client Services Administrator – Psychology Clinic
Join the dynamic team at Massey University’s Psychology Clinic and play a key role in supporting the financial and business operations of our mental health service and clinical training centre. Based at our Wellington campus, this position supports work that spans the full human lifespan and contributes directly to the wellbeing of our communities.
As the Client Services Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the Clinic—welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, supporting clinical staff and interns, managing records and contracts, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s a fast-paced, people-focused role that blends administration, finance, and service with purpose.
