A leading firm in Manchester is looking for a Client Services Administrator to deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on providing support to clients, answering calls professionally, and managing travel arrangements. Ideal candidates will have a background in reception or hospitality and strong communication skills.
My client are a global firm who are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 5-star Customer Service to all clients.
The ideal candidate will need strong customer service and client facing skills, gained from either Reception, Hospitality or Call Centre environments.
As a Client Services Administrator your duties will include:
As a Client Services Administrator you will have the following skills:
Working Hours – Sunday 8am – 4pm and Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm
This role requires candidates in the office Tuesday and Wednesday
