Job Description
Join a premium ad network serving high impact branded ad campaigns across digital. They look to create and build standout brand experiences working closely with top agencies, clients direct, and premium publishers.
Manage client relationships post sale of campaign, and act as the main point of contact. Ensure client retention through excellent customer service. Work with internal teams to coordinate a smooth workflow for all managed campaigns.
Provide insight into campaign performance to clients, and work to generate new business and upsell.
Candidates will need experience of managing client accounts for digital ad campaigns. You will need a strong understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, etc.), and have a good level of campaign analysis and 3rd party reporting systems.
