As a Client ServicesAccount Manager at Finn, you'll be the crucial link to our clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring our clients' campaigns are not only successful but also strategically aligned with their business goals.

The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in delivering a range of creative campaigns, from above-the-line to social media executions and campaign activations. You’ll be savvy on social media, be on top of the latest trends and bring heaps of enthusiasm and curiosity to your role.

If you're someone who loves a creative challenge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can turn a good campaign into a great one, then we want to hear from you!

What you'll do:
  • Be a client champion: You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of exciting clients, building strong, trusting relationships. You’ll offer smart strategic advice, spot opportunities for growth, and make sure everything runs smoothly and successfully.
  • Deliver strategic campaigns: From briefing creatives to reviewing final outputs, you’ll translate client goals into impactful, results-driven work. Whether it’s a big ATL idea, a buzzy social media moment, or a slick activation, you’re all over it.
  • Provide strategic counsel: You’ll act as a trusted advisor, bringing fresh ideas and informed opinions that help clients get the very best out of their campaigns. You’ll build real partnerships with your clients, offering strategic guidance that’s rooted in data, creativity, and what’s going to make the biggest impact.
  • Manage finances and operations: You'll take ownership of client budgets, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources. You'll also get stuck into new business development and champion our agency's internal processes to make sure we’re running like a well-oiled machine.
What you'll be accountable for:
  • Managing client accounts like a pro and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Delivering strategic plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Effectively managing client budgets and spotting growth opportunities.
  • Confidently presenting agency expertise to clients and prospects.
  • Staying on top of your clients’ industries and their evolving needs.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Playing a key part in Finn’s growth and creative success
What you'll bring:
  • Experience: You’ve got 3-5+ years under your belt in a creative, social, or integrated agency (or a similar in-house role). You’ve seen it, done it, and are ready to do more.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, excellent written and verbal communication, proven ability to present, knowledge of integrated campaigns, strong project management, and proficiency in budget management.
  • Desirable skills: Experience in managing social media and influencer campaigns, with a focus on performance and optimisation.
  • Qualities: Curious, collaborative, full of energy, and passionate about all things creative. You love learning, staying on top of trends, and making big ideas happen.
  • What you’ll get from us:
  • Salary between £28k-32k based on experience
  • Work with some of the UK’s most exciting, fast-growing brands
  • A hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
  • 25 days holiday + your birthday off
  • “Skint Breakfast” – free brekkie before payday every month
  • Regular socials
  • Two weeks a year of work from anywhere freedom
  • Private healthcare
  • A super supportive team that loves what they do
