M2 Professional Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager for a leading independent provider of commercial finance. You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and risk management to protect income.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for payment requests and ledger updates, monitor client payments, and provide cover for the Credit Control team. A competitive salary plus bonus and benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in invoice finance is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of clients.
• Maintain full working knowledge of all clients.
• Ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Prevent loss of income by effective risk management.
• Be the primary contact for payment requests, queries and ledger updates.
• Provide cover for the Credit Control team during absences.
