An established industry player in pet care is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join their team. This part-time role involves providing exceptional service to clients, managing practice reception, and ensuring a welcoming environment for pets and their owners. Practice:
At PetCheck Urgent Care, our animal hospitals serve Sewell, Deptford Township, and surrounding areas with more than urgent pet care. We are both a regular and urgent care vet meaning our clients can trust us in any situation.
We are open from 9am-9pm every day to evaluate your sick pets as well as provide routine care. We are not able to offer overnight critical care or complicated surgical services. If our vets determine a pet needs overnight care or a more advanced procedure that requires hospitalization, we will stabilize your pet and transfer them to our 24/7 sister facility.
Reporting into the Practice Manager, the Client Service Representative (CSR) provides an exceptional experience to our clients during every interaction. In addition to continually engaging the client, the CSR performs practice administrative tasks such as record maintenance and appointment tracking. The CSR manages practice reception (visitor and telephone), maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing, and mail services. The CSR applies practical knowledge of practice processes and services, the basic rules and regulations governing visitors and animal patient treatment, and veterinary record requirements and terminology to ensure every patient is well-cared for and every client has an exceptional experience.
This is a part-time position with a requirement to work 3 weekends out of the month.

Pay Range: USD $18.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
