Play a key role in refining procedures, developing new processes, and identifying opportunities to improve our client service and clearing functions.
As a Client Service Operations Representative within our Operations Team, you will provide end-to-end support for Credit & Rates trade capture and support processes, ensuring best-in-class operational service to clients. You will partner with clients to understand their business needs, maintain relationships with high-profile clients, and contribute to process improvements. Your role involves daily interaction with clients, middle office & operations groups, and technology teams.
