What You Need to Know

Client Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for a segment of the branch team, including business development initiatives and managing functions to ensure alignment with company and division goals.
  • Manage the overall operations of the segment, ensuring quality care, client and referral source satisfaction, policy adherence, and compliance.
  • Implement business initiatives successfully.
  • Oversee daily activities of the team, including recruiting, hiring, staffing, risk management, and compliance.
  • Ensure on-call support for clients and staff needs.
  • Identify and source cross-referral opportunities within the branch.
Qualifications

Client Service Manager Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least two years (60 credit hours) of college-level education required.
  • Or two years of management or supervisory experience in healthcare, which can be substituted with one year of full-time college study.
  • One or more years of business development experience preferred.
  • Home care or staffing experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
