Overview

Our Personal and Premium Banking client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join the Client Service team. The role focuses on assisting with daily banking requirements and delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day client service support and communicate with clients to resolve queries.
  • Carry out callbacks and arrange online banking activations.
  • Support other team members during busy periods.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the bank’s products and services.
  • Work with Relationship Managers to convert leads.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient IT skills with a keen interest in banking and learning about products/services.
  • Experience in any banking role is desirable but not required.
