Blue Square, a leading retail marketing agency, seeks a Client Service Director. This role involves strategic leadership across client accounts, focusing on building relationships and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and experience in account management, ensuring exceptional service delivery while achieving growth objectives.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
As our Client Service Director, accountable for all Blue Square employees embedded within Samsung’s head office, you’ll be the strategic powerhouse behind multiple senior client relationships.
You’ll be responsible for setting the vision, driving growth, and delivering operational excellence across the account. But your impact goes deeper, you’ll lead the talent strategy with foresight and care, from workforce planning and proactive recruitment to developing a high-performing, future-ready team.
