ARE YOU THE ONE?

As our Client Service Director, accountable for all Blue Square employees embedded within Samsung’s head office, you’ll be the strategic powerhouse behind multiple senior client relationships.

You’ll be responsible for setting the vision, driving growth, and delivering operational excellence across the account. But your impact goes deeper, you’ll lead the talent strategy with foresight and care, from workforce planning and proactive recruitment to developing a high-performing, future-ready team.

You’ll ensure our people feel truly part of Blue Square while staying fully engaged with our client’s goals, connected, motivated, and empowered to deliver exceptional work, together.

  • Previous experience in direct or indirect people management and development
