The Growth Company's Centre for Assessment (CFA) team has an exciting opportunity for two Client Service Coordinators. The roles involve arranging, supporting, and managing the delivery of assessments to CFA clients, coordinating operational and administrative tasks in line with service level agreements and UKAS requirements.

About CfA: The Centre for Assessment (CfA) is a UKAS-accredited certification body with over 20 years of experience, providing assessment, certification, and training services nationally and internationally. We work with a skilled team of auditors and assessors to deliver client-focused, value-adding services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate assessments and services, ensuring compliance with processes and certification standards.
  • Manage assessments, maintain high service standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate assessment requirements to clients, support them, and resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to support retention.
  • Provide high-quality customer care with professionalism.
  • Produce accurate reports for management.
  • Participate in organizational team meetings.
  • Process expenditure invoices and resolve financial queries.
