Job Description:

I’m working exclusively with a specialist real assets investment firm that covers public and private market strategies. They are hiring for an Associate to join the Client Service team in London. This opportunity is suitable for an individual with 2-5 years of post-graduate experience in a similar role within asset management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an assigned book of existing clients and acting as their daily service contact for relationship management and onboarding tasks.
  • Proactively responding to client queries on topics such as performance, fund strategy, and fees.
  • Delivering bespoke reports and client questionnaires in collaboration with relevant teams across the business.
  • Attending/hosting client update meetings and due diligence visits.
  • Ensuring all client servicing activity is accurately recorded on the CRM.
  • Managing the onboarding process of new clients.
  • Ensuring continued compliance with AML/KYC processes.

Skills required:

  • 2-5 years of institutional client service experience within asset management.
  • Experience in real assets is not required but an interest in alternatives is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with senior stakeholders and international clients.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, able to prioritize and organize your time effectively.
  • Knowledge of investment products - IMC preferred.
