Originally founded in 1993, they specialise in a wide range of services, from recovering unpaid invoices and commercial rent arrears, to local taxation and high court enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll be part of a dedicated and fast‑paced Administration team, working closely with our valued clients. From managing day‑to‑day interactions to responding to social media queries, your focus will be on delivering outstanding service with accuracy, professionalism, and a personal touch.

  • Process client instructions efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage and record cash payments from office visitors.
  • Handle incoming written and email correspondence.
  • Input data and complete internal client checks.
  • Run and distribute remittances accurately and on time.
  • Complete banking procedures, including posting payments and documentation.
  • Investigate absconded debtors using internal tracing systems.
  • Support the Enforcement team by handling queries and agent calls.
  • Answer client calls and resolve queries following specific instructions.
