  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to explain requirements to clients and partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with reliable follow-through.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and navigate competing priorities.
  • Comfort using case management and workflow tools to track and document work.

  • Track transaction status and provide clear, timely updates and reporting.

  • Analyze client activity patterns and share insights on trends, risks, and service opportunities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements aligned with trade priorities.

As a Client Service Account Manager – Associate in Trade and Working Capital, you provide first-class service to clients by managing trade finance activity after the sale and resolving complex inquiries.
