Job Description

Our client, an exciting Start-up on a mission to transform workplaces globally, is looking to recruit a passionate, consultative Client Sales Manager to join their growing team. Working on a remote basis (with travel to clients/monthly meet-ups in London), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client helps to design and deliver unique behaviour-changing learning programs for their client base and, to date, has supported over 300 companies across 100 countries - reaching over 2 million employees! Due to their exponential growth, they are actively seeking the perfect candidate to help develop new business, selling the company's incredible solution(s).

Responsibilities
  1. Working directly with and reporting to the company's Founder & CEO on the EMEA growth strategy.
  2. Growing the new business pipeline in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East and actively seeking new industries and organisations to support.
  3. Responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of clients, including client calls, meetings, and follow-up discussions with newly onboarded organisations, adhering to client values on service delivery.
  4. Creating bespoke client proposals post meetings to turn their needs into a 12-month strategic plan of support.
  5. Managing all client requests for long-term partnerships or one-off services, and translating their needs into action.
  6. Maintaining close relationships with repeat clients.
  7. Leveraging internal data and having oversight of existing and future sales numbers and pipeline targets.
  8. Working closely with Marketing and Accounts teams to oversee the delivery for all EMEA clients, particularly for long-standing, bespoke partnerships.
  9. Direct management responsibilities for members of the UK team, as well as training and supporting others as the company grows.
Minimum Requirements

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

  1. Proven and demonstrable experience in B2B sales and business development, selling a solution/service (ideally within Learning & Development).
  2. Highly adaptive, self-starter, and pragmatic - able to turn ideas into action.
  3. Extremely competent in juggling several tasks at once and can ruthlessly prioritise according to the company's needs.
  4. Efficient with limited resources and able to find solutions at pace.
  5. Receptive to feedback delivered in real-time and able to make swift changes and decisions based on this feedback.
  6. Excited by high levels of ambiguity and open-ended challenges.
  7. Can create and deliver effective, compelling proposals and concise, clear emails.
  8. Fun, sociable personality!
