An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Retentions Manager to play a crucial role in continuing our company’s success, acting as an advocate for our product in all communications. We’re looking for an individual with a background in either sales, account management or operations, who enjoys engaging with clients daily to gather feedback and improve our service through updates and changes.

The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients at all levels over the phone and email, and the ability to handle various situations effectively. You should be self-motivated, a skilled problem solver, and an attentive listener who empathizes with clients’ needs while respecting company requirements.

Location:

Old Trafford, Manchester

Salary:

£35,000 base and £65,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handling inbound inquiries from clients considering cancellation or review of their subscriptions.
  2. Providing excellent customer service to retain existing business and identify growth opportunities.
  3. Diagnosing customer issues through effective questioning.
  4. Offering tailored solutions via clear communication for a swift customer experience.
  5. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products/services to meet client needs.
  6. Scheduling meetings with clients and field-based Heads of Client Support.
  7. Managing CRM database daily.

  • Experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in customer retention-focused roles.
  • Strong organizational skills; proactive, ambitious, and creative.
  • Excellent negotiation, written, and oral communication skills.
