We’re looking for an individual with a background in either sales, account management or operations, who enjoys engaging with clients daily to gather feedback and improve our service through updates and changes.
The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients at all levels over the phone and email, and the ability to handle various situations effectively.
