Job summary

Seven Investment Management is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support client, regulatory and performance reporting. You will validate data, manage reporting cycles and collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance and Investment teams to ensure accurate, timely outputs.

You’ll help improve controls, processes and tooling, including AI-enabled productivity tools, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality client-facing reports.

• Good numerical and analytical skills with the ability to investigate data issues.
• Confident Excel user with data, reconciliations, templates or reports experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication, concise issue summaries and recommendations.

• Collaborative across teams and capable of driving issues to conclusion.
• Proactive mindset with curiosity to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of recurring client and regulatory reporting cycles.
• Coordinate reporting activity against plans and SLAs with internal teams and providers.
• Investigate reporting exceptions, data issues and enhancement requests.
• Maintain BAU reporting controls including MiFID II reporting activity and costs.
• Support tax reporting data management and timely query resolution.
• Provide accurate responses to internal and external reporting queries.
• Assist with performance reporting data collection and validation.
• Contribute to process improvements and testing of system changes.
• Collaborate with Tech, Ops and third parties to translate issues into requirements.
