Job description

As a Client Reporting - Division Manager at Sustainable Energy First, you will lead the Client Reporting team to deliver high-quality reporting and insights across our client base. Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Team Management and Development: Managing the client reporting team, ensuring motivation and high-quality work.
  2. Preparation and Analysis of Client Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely client reports.
  3. Efficiency Improvements: Identifying ways to enhance reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Team Collaborations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
  5. Risk Mitigation: Pre-empting risks and implementing mitigation strategies (e.g., key person dependencies, resource management, process compliance).
  6. Positive Work Culture: Building and maintaining a positive team environment, fostering high morale and collaboration.

You will play a key role in ensuring Sustainable Energy First delivers high-quality service to our customers and fosters a supportive work environment and positive culture for your team.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Client Reporting: Including budget reporting, accrual reporting, forecasts, and recharge production.

  • Communication Skills: Presenting complex data effectively to clients.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing scheduled delivery.
  • Planning and Tracking: Skilled in prioritizing, planning, and mitigating risks related to delays through collaboration and accountability.
