As a Client Reporting - Division Manager at Sustainable Energy First, you will lead the Client Reporting team to deliver high-quality reporting and insights across our client base. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Team Management and Development: Managing the client reporting team, ensuring motivation and high-quality work.
- Preparation and Analysis of Client Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely client reports.
- Efficiency Improvements: Identifying ways to enhance reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Collaborations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
- Risk Mitigation: Pre-empting risks and implementing mitigation strategies (e.g., key person dependencies, resource management, process compliance).
- Positive Work Culture: Building and maintaining a positive team environment, fostering high morale and collaboration.
You will play a key role in ensuring Sustainable Energy First delivers high-quality service to our customers and fosters a supportive work environment and positive culture for your team.
Requirements
- Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrating excellent leadership aligned with company values, promoting collaboration to ensure continuous delivery and support.

- Expertise in Client Reporting: Including budget reporting, accrual reporting, forecasts, and recharge production.
- Knowledge of the Energy Industry: Keeping up-to-date with industry changes.
- Communication Skills: Presenting complex data effectively to clients.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing scheduled delivery.
- Planning and Tracking: Skilled in prioritizing, planning, and mitigating risks related to delays through collaboration and accountability.
