Job summary

Handelsbanken in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail‑oriented Client Reporting professional to join the Wealth division. You’ll contribute to print and digital reporting for clients, advisers and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Working closely with the Investment Team and Private Office, you will help evolve reporting capabilities, align with regulatory requirements, and uphold the bank’s standards of service and reliability across a growing wealth management

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Reporting Manager in delivering print and digital reporting to a broad client base.
• Maintain, enhance and govern the client reporting platform.
• Act as deputy system owner for the reporting system, including testing and change initiatives.
• Produce bespoke client reporting and coordinate with Private Office and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Investment Team to develop new reporting solutions and improve outputs.
• Monitor regulatory and client reporting requirements.
• Ensure reporting is accurate and delivered within timescales.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and client outcomes.

We are seeking an individual with experience in client reporting, investment management, wealth management, or a related financial services environment who can contribute to the delivery of high-quality reporting and support the continued evolution of our reporting capabilities.This is a business-focused role that works closely with customer-facing teams, investment specialists and operational stakeholders to ensure clients receive accurate, timely and informative reporting. While the team manages sophisticated reporting platforms, including Client Centre the customer investment portal, this is not an IT role.
