Pictet Asset Services (PAS) provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients. We manage every aspect of the asset servicing value chain and our range of bespoke solutions include value-adding analytics, trading strategy support and digital front-end interfaces de-signed to provide an unrivalled customer experience.

Your role

• As the primary point of contact for clients in the UK, provide an outstanding level of service and expand relationships whilst ensuring daily queries are swiftly resolved such as payments and cash sweeping.
• Support the onboarding of new end-client accounts by evaluating end-client compliance, tax profiles, and ensuring all documentation is completed. Set up new client account structures and pricing information within the Pictet banking system and oversee the account-closing process.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Senior Client Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Banking Operations teams to implement new business relationships, particularly in the preparation of operating memorandum.
• Nurture long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and partner with Client Relationship Managers to identify new client needs. Present the full range of the Pictet Group's services, monitoring client satisfaction as well as management of annual service reviews.
• Manage risk and compliance matters for assigned client portfolios, updating relevant documents and KYC processes, as well as running risk controls.
• Maintain comprehensive records in our Client Relationship Manager tool.

Your profile

• Strong knowledge of asset servicing as well as experience of client-facing activity.
• Good knowledge of the UK Wealth Management industry.
• Proven client-service experience with the ability to build strong relationships through technical know-how as well as a capacity to deliver solutions.
• A flexible service-oriented approach coupled with an ability to manage sensitive situations that may require both a sense of diplomacy and technical expertise.
• Clear communicator with a proven ability to build strong external and internal networks with international teams.
• Keen sense of initiative and independence to ensure that is-sues are resolved promptly.
• Solid attention to detail and excellent organisation skills, you will be capable of managing multiple priorities and working independently.
• Solid compliance knowledge and risk-management awareness.
• Expert user of MS Office and banking systems
• French or German language skills are advantageous.
