As a Client Relationship Manager, you will develop and grow your assigned area, enhance consumer choice, and support restaurant partners to maximize orders. You will act as a trusted advisor and play a key role in onboarding new partners, ensuring their success from the start.

Location: Edinburgh, with a mix of field-based and home-based work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with existing restaurant partners.
  • Educating partners to improve customer service and experience.
  • Onboarding new restaurants and ensuring they are operationally optimized within 14 days.
  • Driving order growth through activated restaurants and mentoring partners on business improvement steps.
  • Using internal platforms like Salesforce and Restaurant Manager to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Ability to meet ambitious targets and take ownership.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Interest in food and the restaurant industry.
  • Full UK driving license.
