About this role: As a Field Account Manager, you will develop and grow your area by building relationships with restaurant partners, onboarding new restaurants, and driving order growth through activated restaurants. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging internal platforms and data to identify growth opportunities.

Location: Edinburgh, with field-based and home-based work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maximize potential of existing restaurant partners through strong relationships.
  • Educate partners to improve customer service and experience.
  • Ensure new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and are optimized.
  • Prioritize order growth and mentor partners on key steps.
  • Use platforms like Salesforce and Restaurant Manager to identify growth opportunities.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
