About the Role
As our Customer Relationship Manager, you will:
- Support our Account Management team by ensuring a great customer experience for our global clients.
- Develop best-practice processes to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contract stages to post-event follow-ups.
- Create a consistent approach to account management that can be replicated across all industry verticals to maintain high standards.
- Provide quick customer resolutions and feedback to internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Educate and engage internal stakeholders on the importance of coordinated stakeholder liaison.
- Meet with managers to optimize strategic planning initiatives.
About You
To be our Customer Relationship Manager, you will likely have:
- Proven experience working with high-value clients in a B2B sales or customer-led environment.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to prioritize customer requirements.
- A collaborative attitude with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A solutions-focused mindset and a desire to provide the best customer experience. We value a consultative approach at Reuters Events.
