Job description

A rapidly growing fund administration business is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to work in their Real Assets team based in Jersey.

Reporting to the Senior CRM and Associate Director, the successful applicant will administer a limited portfolio of fund structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the first point of contact for a limited number of fund structures within the team
  2. Develop and maintain the operational procedures manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships
  3. Attend and minute both board and shareholder meetings
  4. Co-ordinate legal, tax, and other professional advice
  5. Prepare, review, and distribute financial statements
  6. Act as a B' level four-eyes signatory on administration matters
  7. Assist with billing matters including review of time spent and monitoring the debtors
  8. Supervise and help in the training of staff
  9. Participate in the appraisal process for members of staff

A relevant professional qualification (such as ICSA Diploma level or similar) is essential along with proven experience of over 5 years within the offshore fund/fiduciary sector. Candidates with strong computer proficiency, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills will be looked upon favourably. You will also be expected to have had some degree of people management experience along with being able to evidence managing a small client relationship or being part of a major client relationship.
