We are working on behalf of a prestigious international law firm to recruit a high-calibre Client Relationship Manager to join their London office. This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping and strengthening key client relationships within the Private Capital sector. This role sits at the heart of the firm's business development strategy, working closely with senior partners and sector leaders to drive revenue growth, deepen client engagement, and deliver a best-in-class client experience. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of professional services, a commercial mindset, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of global Private Capital client accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and high-impact engagement.
  • Develop and implement client account plans, identifying white-space opportunities and driving cross-selling initiatives.
  • Facilitate structured client feedback programmes and ensure actionable insights are delivered and followed through.
  • Collaborate with partners, sector leads, and business teams to deliver seamless client service and relationship management.
  • Champion the use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance transparency, reporting, and client connectivity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and client retention efforts.
