Client Relationship Manager - London

Our client is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team based in London. Working alongside Advisers, Paraplanners and Client Service Administrators, this role will support the management of client portfolios. You will be liaising with policy and platform providers, processing new business applications and tracking them through to completion. This position is vital in maintaining the relationship between Client & Adviser.

Responsibilities:

- Providing a front of house service for all meetings.

- Managing and developing relationships with clients.

- Conducting quarterly service calls.

- Financial and medical underwriting.

- Reviewing file notes and assigning follow up tasks for all concerned parties.

- Processing client withdrawals and increments.

- Managing asset-backed finance applications, including introductions, application processes, legal counsel, administration and ongoing monitoring.

- Taking instructions for Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

- Client relationship experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment.

- An understanding of working within a regulated environment.

- RO exams desirable but we offer an exam support program.

- Able to prioritise and multitask.
