Role Overview:

  • This position is focussed on client engagement, requiring excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients and team members to ensure a smooth client journey.
  • The role involves a range of tasks, including supporting financial planning activities in collaboration with Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
  • Provide personalised administrative assistance directly to your Financial Planner.
  • Duties will include managing diaries, processing new business applications with necessary documentation, communicating with providers, and upholding high standards of service.
  • Engage in various project tasks as they become available.
  • Suitable for both seasoned IFA Administrators and recent graduates with relevant Financial Services experience from internships or academic placements.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
