Job description

This exciting role is within a larger team administering a single large client. The purpose of this position is to manage a limited portfolio of Fund structures in collaboration with the Senior Client Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the first point of contact for the client.
2. Coordinate legal, tax, and other professional advice.
3. Develop and maintain Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships.
4. Serve as a 'B' level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring compliance with company policies, professional standards, and regulatory guidelines, while providing a professional quality service to the client and external contacts.
5. Assist with billing information, including analysis of time spent and management of aged debtors.
