This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and talented Client Relationship or Account Managers to join a reputable business who can match their ambition and offer genuine progression opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their smart vending experience.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and technical support) to deliver seamless service.
  • Gather client feedback to improve products and services.

The Ideal Client Relationship Manager Candidate:

  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Account Management sales, ideally within the FMCG, Vending, Foodservice or Facilities Management industries.
  • Strong knowledge of large service provider environments and experience working directly with client stakeholders will be beneficial.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B sales and forging strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
