Job Introduction

Here at Lucion, we are currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role with flexible location options across the UK. We are offering a basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

More About The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Define, track, and report on client-specific KPIs to evaluate performance and ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.
• Oversee the negotiation, execution, and renewal of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Review and interpret contract terms, ensuring obligations are met by both parties.
• Prepare and present financial reports to clients, detailing performance against KPIs, revenue, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals for additional services based on client needs.

More About You

• Experienced industry professional with a minimum of P402 and P405 qualifications, plus at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• S301 and W504 qualifications are desirable.
• CoCA qualification is preferable.
