As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key clients. Your focus will be on client retention, satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance their IT solutions. Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll ensure clients receive outstanding service while supporting their digital transformation journey.
️ Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
️ Account Reviews – Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs, review service performance, and identify areas for improvement.
️ Consultative Solutions – Understand client challenges and propose tailored IT solutions, including our clients internal Managed Service offering
️ Sales Growth – Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions, helping clients maximise their IT investment.
️ Problem Solving – Act as a trusted advisor, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth service delivery.
️ Collaboration – Work closely with sales, technical teams, and business partners to provide seamless client solutions.
️ Performance Tracking – Monitor client satisfaction, track key metrics, and ensure all CRM records are up to date.
Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
A proactive and consultative approach to identifying client needs and recommending solutions.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Experience in IT services, MSP, CSP, or technology solutions is a plus.
