Since 2022 we have provided additional services through our SAAS platform Proterms, a contract management and tracking tool, providing Lawspeed with a unique legal/digital profile.

Role Description

This is a minimum 3 days a week role for a Client Relationship Manager, working with our team from our offices located in Hove. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored legal solutions from our recruitment related product and support range. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, coordinating with our legal and marketing team, attending occasional external events and proactively identifying opportunities for enhanced client support and service delivery.

  • Understanding of the purpose and benefits of good contracts and support advice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive forward looking character
  • Track record of proven results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Relevant experience in a recruitment or legal environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field preferred
