Due to an internal promotion, we are actively looking to expand our UK sales team by recruiting a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our Public Sector Sales team in Glasgow working from our HQ in Pacific Quay.

Our Public Sector Sales Team promote a market leader eSourcing SAAS solution (Delta eSourcing & Supply Chain) which enables efficient, effective and compliant procurement via an eSourcing platform trusted daily by thousands of public and private sector buyers and bidders.

About the Role

  1. Working in partnership with our Business Development Managers through effective appointment setting
  2. Working towards the successful delivery of your own and team monthly revenue target
  3. Ensure effective product matching to best meet the requirements of the customer
  4. Deploying effective account management skills to ensure the customer receives the highest level of service
  5. Adopting a proactive approach to developing and maintaining a level of product and wider industry knowledge which can be passed on to the customer base
  6. Effective CRM (Salesforce) maintenance through following outlined process
  7. Attend external events/ appointments
  8. Delivery of online presentations and training

About You

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  1. Strong experience within a B2B desk-based sales environment.
  2. Experience of working to and exceeding sales KPI’s.
  3. Strong account management experience with the ability to build business relationships.
  4. Ability to identify and uncover upgrade opportunities through real client understanding and strategy.
  5. Willing to learn and absorb procurement knowledge through our internal routes of support.
  6. Able to work well alone and as part of a team.
  7. Experience of selling into the public sector and a knowledge of the tendering process (desirable but not essential as full training will be provided)
