Due to the continued success and expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship Manager

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to take ownership of the day-to-day operational and sales performance for Supply Chain Services customers across Devon and Cornwall.

Ensuring branch operations are exceeding customer expectations, developing new opportunities to increase sales whilst providing excellent customer experience.

Plan and implement new customers whilst adding value to existing customers.

The role is a matrix orientated role and therefore the post holder should be comfortable working in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders placing materials orders. E.g. contract managers.
  • Develop new sales opportunities with the client to ensure we are maximising wallet share of spend with IBMG.
  • Be the conduit between contract managers and our branches to ensure we maintain and deliver consistent customer service levels.
  • Utilizing and promoting the IBMG brands to provide our customers with an all encompassing one stop shop offer.
  • Ensure we are adhering to our commitments/SLAs.
  • Agree and manage stock profile ranges for customers across the entire estate.
  • Working closely with key suppliers to make recommendations relevant to the sector.
  • Ensure we maintain and deliver consistent customer pricing across all brands and branches.
  • Fully support and assist in delivering key initiatives for customers (e.g. innovative solutions such as Trade kart/trading and IT integration).
  • Ensure all supplier support agreements are maintained and renewed.
  • Successful mobilisation of new customer contracts across the region.
  • Regular client review meetings with customers reporting on key SLA's and Developments.

The Requirements

Person Specific

  • Suit a Junior BM or senior ABM with excellent client facing attributes.
  • Be able to build relationships at multiple levels within organistions
  • Good product knowledge
  • Excellent commercial acumen

The Hours

Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
