Client Relationship Manager – Global Law & Professional Services

We are partnering with a leading international professional services firm to appoint a Client Relationship Manager in London. With a global footprint and reputation for excellence, this role is central to managing and developing client relationships across corporate services.

Key Duties:

Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, you’ll handle all non-legal communications, oversee compliance (KYC/CDD, filings, AR) and provide proactive client care. You’ll liaise between clients, corporate services and the law firm, ensuring seamless service while supporting cross-selling opportunities and broader client engagement initiatives.

We’re seeking candidates from a corporate services background with proven client-facing experience. You’ll be detail-oriented, organised, digitally confident and thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven role.

Hybrid & Working Pattern:

Based in London, the role requires 4 office days per week. Hours can flex to align with US clients (eg 10/10:30am start).
