Who are we looking for?

Are you ready to make a difference and spread positivity? Working closely with the Head of Client Relationships, you'll ensure complaints are resolved promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log and acknowledge customer complaints promptly.
  • Report on open complaints and collaborate with the operations team to meet SLAs.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in producing client reports and meet deadlines.
  • De-escalate poor reviews and respond to client requests.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Provide high-quality customer support, liaise with departments, and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Support the Head of Client Relationships with various tasks and projects.
