MMB is a global leader in the health and benefits marketplace. Operating in 135 countries, our team of specialists design benefits solutions that meet the needs of businesses and their people, drawing from global intelligence and adapting that wealth of experience to local markets.

As a Client Relationship Coordinator based in our Pension Retention team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio containing a significant number of clients.

You will be the main point of contact in relation to Mercer services, maintaining a relationship with clients and coordinating services from specialists within the business.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Learn the basics of the Pension provider products, services, and tools within Mercer Elect, gaining an understanding of products, services, and technical tools, participating in training courses, online learning, or through learning from more experienced colleagues.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of Pension clients that are aligned to the Mercer Elect proposition.
  • Guide clients through the whole sales process from onboarding, implementation, and ad hoc employer queries.
  • Engage proactively with your portfolio of clients, holding annual renewal calls and guiding them through mid-year review meetings.
  • Generate leads for other parts of the business within your existing client bank and pass these to the appropriate teams.
  • Assist the consulting team in gathering, organizing, entering, and analyzing data for various client projects.
  • Follow up with clients regarding missing or inaccurate information and yearly updates.
  • Ensure all client files contain the most recent correspondence and information.

What you need to have:

  • Previous client relationship experience
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Good visual accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident in liaising face-to-face and via Zoom
  • A logical approach to work
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to high-quality client service

What makes you stand out:

  • DC / SIPP Pensions knowledge/experience

Why join our team:

  • We support your professional development through opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leadership.
  • We promote a vibrant, inclusive culture where you can collaborate with talented colleagues to create solutions and make an impact.
  • Our scale offers diverse career opportunities, benefits, and rewards to enhance your well-being.
