Working with our communities from around the world, we create and facilitate game-changing business opportunities which inspire industries to develop and deliver a more sustainable world for us all.

As part of your job, you’ll be:

  • Supporting the delivery of an outstanding client experience for our clients across the Energy Transition portfolio
  • Leading on Government Key Account delivery with a focus on project management of key partnerships including: execution of networking, branding (features) and bespoke sponsorship deliverables – and liaising with Operations on exhibitor (stand/Pavilion) deliverables where relevant.
  • Special project delivery (to be agreed with Head of Government Partnerships)
  • Leading on delivery of SPEX comms for Government clients, executing strategy and plan as agreed with the Project Director.
  • Working alongside the wider Client Relations team, support the coordination of client-focused PR and social campaigns alongside our marketing team with the aim of developing comprehensive post-event reports that clearly demonstrate ROI for our Government key accounts.
  • Supporting Head of Government Partnerships to deliver and fulfil contracted deliverables for Government-focused strategic partnerships
  • Supporting Project Director and the Sales team with key account (corporate) sponsorship proposals, delivery and other Client Relations projects as required (to be confirmed at start of each show cycle)
  • Building and developing strong working and trusting relationships with both client stakeholders and internal teams (sales, operations, marketing & content)

Skills Required

  • Confident, clear and compelling communication skills - able to convey information and ideas clearly and succinctly through a variety of media
  • Relationship skills – able to build and develop working relationships with customers. Actively listening to customer needs, communicating with confidence, building rapport and negotiating to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Proactive, initiating attitude – able to take prompt action to accomplish objectives and goals beyond what is required, with the creativity, energy and tenacity to address bottlenecks and barriers.
  • Data-driven - able to obtain and use the relevant data to identify patterns and trends and use this to make effective decisions.
  • Results focused – goal orientated and driven to over-achieve on all show metrics.
