We have an exciting opportunity to join NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) as a Client Liaison Lead. You will work in partnership with our Payroll teams, proactively reviewing processes and procedures to ensure the needs and expectations of our clients are met.
Essentially, you will bring expert knowledge in process awareness to clients, promoting standard processes, and handling highly sensitive and confidential personal information. Ensuring compliance with external and internal audit requirements is also key.
We consider applications from Southampton and Sheffield. Our hybrid working model involves working from the office one day a week and remotely four days, with occasional client site meetings.
