Client Relations Director + VIP Manager - Luxury Travel Specialists

To further enhance our capacity in UK and globally, we are looking for the travel industry´s best people with experience from organising complex itineraries with high-end service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, handle and assist on high-end client bookings from clients based globally
  • Take responsibility for trip finances and costings and have full control over projects from start to finish
  • Conduct independent research into private and group travel, working with the team to procure the best options
  • Produce and file important documentation pertaining to bookings, including timelines, checklists, contracts, travel details, and more
  • Use industry knowledge to work with the team effectively
  • Ensure our relationships are well maintained, with both clients and suppliers
  • Exercise a high degree of resourcefulness and ‘can do’ attitude

Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of experience at a small to medium sized luxury travel agency tailoring complex and sophisticated bespoke travel itineraries, including personal responsibility for trip finances and control
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury hotel brands & affiliations
  • Good client relations skills and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to collaborate within a team at a high level
  • Driven, proactive, and structured
  • High level of attention to detail and service delivery
  • Enjoy working on multiple diverse projects independently and with the team
  • Good values and attitude
  • University degree
