12 Month Fixed Term Contract
As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the delivery of UK public sector decarbonisation projects, funded through grants and loan programmes by BEIS, Scottish and Welsh Governments. You will be part of one of Salix’s programme delivery teams, managed by a programme coordinator and a programme manager.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring project compliance with Salix’s funding requirements, building strong client relationships, and being their first point of contact for queries. You will support approximately 20 projects with a total value of around £50m. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings and contribute to process and system improvements to enhance the company's operations.
