Job summary

TCS Contracts is seeking a commercially aware professional to lead a portfolio of affordable housing and Build to Rent projects in the UK, delivering up to 350 homes with Zero Carbon, Zero Energy Bills and Passivhaus principles.

You will shape delivery strategies, drive performance across complex programmes, and ensure the highest standards of quality, sustainability and value across projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree with APC/RICS in progress.
• Surveying background with at least 2 years' experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with risk awareness and problem solving.
• Confident in building relationships, constructive challenge and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Shape delivery strategies for affordable housing and Build to Rent projects.
• Drive performance across complex programmes from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects meet high standards of quality, sustainability and value.
