Client Project Administrator – Belfast City Centre
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm (office-based)

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Client Project Administrator to join a successful and growing Consultancy business based in Belfast City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of business operations and client projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious administrator who is keen to take ownership, develop their skills, and work as part of a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day coordination across Business Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Project & Programme Management, I.T. and Onboarding.
  • Scheduling Courses and Development Programmes.
  • Preparing and distributing Course Materials.
  • Supporting Course Evaluation processes.
  • Invoicing Clients and assisting with budget management.
  • Preparing Reports and providing project support to senior staff.
The Right Fit
  • Previous administration experience/background.
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good numeracy.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Experience of working with external clients and stakeholders.
