Job summary

UL Solutions in London is seeking a Client Program Specialist to support a key fashion industry client. You will coordinate testing, inspections, and audits while delivering an excellent customer experience across teams.

You'll work from the client's London office three days a week, create reports and dashboards, and develop KPIs to track performance and improve programs, building strong relationships with colleagues and the client.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in customer service or account coordination is a plus.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Interest in data, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Experience with Power BI or Power Automate is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial, curious mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with different people and functions.
  • Able to work in London three days per week.

Client Program Specialist

As a Client Program Specialist, you'll work closely with a key client, helping them navigate testing, inspection, and audit services while collaborating with teams across the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
