Due to growth, we are looking to recruit a Client Planning Advisor to join our existing Planning team based in Milton Keynes on a full-time and permanent basis.

About the role

As a Client Planning Advisor, you will provide customer service and administrative support to clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for scheduling client appointments across the United Kingdom using all available planning resources.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with external clients and internal colleagues via telephone and email
  • Scheduling client appointments using planning tools
  • Providing short- and long-term planning solutions to meet monthly delivery and KPI targets
  • Processing administrative tasks related to bookings accurately and promptly
  • Negotiating diary moves with clients to minimize changes
  • Resolving customer dissatisfaction through feedback channels
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the business by communicating relevant products and services to existing customers
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively

To be successful, you should possess:

  • Experience in planning and/or scheduling roles
  • Excellent telephony skills and effective communication at all levels
  • Geographical knowledge to support cost-effective client visits
  • Negotiation skills for conflicting situations over the phone
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Target-driven and results-oriented attitude
