The Role

As Client Partner, you will manage and nurture our largest client accounts, serving as the primary contact and ensuring their satisfaction and success. Your responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, qualifying client briefs, and developing deep knowledge of clients' industries. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.

Main Duties

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, overseeing all aspects of account management to deliver exceptional service.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar tools to manage sales pipelines and account activities.
  • Evaluate and qualify client briefs from top 100 clients, ensuring alignment with company capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and goals.
  • Develop client business plans and stay informed about industry trends and market challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service and meet expectations.
  • Analyze account performance and market trends, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Represent Hearst UK and its values.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on skills and experience.

What We Are Looking For
