About the role

As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Public Safety & Defence sector, focusing on the Home Office. You will develop a strong understanding of your clients' challenges and work with multidisciplinary teams to support them.

You will report to an Industry Director, creating and executing strategic account plans, and working with account teams to achieve growth targets, which can range from £5M to £20M annually. You will identify sales opportunities, build relationships with stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor.

You will also manage account profitability, lead commercial negotiations, and work with marketing to increase awareness. Building and maintaining a network within your clients' organizations is essential.
