We are looking for a Client Partner Key Accounts to join our Client Partnership team. As a Senior Client Partner, you will work with N-iX's Delivery organization and Key Client Accounts in the UK and Ireland to maintain high satisfaction levels, foster long-term partnerships, and generate mutually beneficial business opportunities. Our key accounts include well-known Fortune 100/500 companies and established technology firms that have been developing their flagship products with N-iX for years.
The Senior Client Partner will manage several Key Client accounts post-sales, utilizing hunting and farming strategies to develop these accounts (up to 5). The role involves understanding client needs, developing strategies, and building strong relationships.
Functions:- Identify key business lines within clients' portfolios that align with N-iX's growth objectives.
- Understand clients' technology, business, and regulatory requirements for software services.
- Develop sales strategies to penetrate new business segments.
- Understand and align with clients' procurement frameworks and N-iX's positioning within them.
- Build and maintain N-iX's profile in client procurement processes.
- Analyze competitors' profiles and positioning.
- Maintain N-iX's SWOT analysis as a vendor.
- Build a network of industry and client contacts.
- Participate in industry events to gather insights and promote N-iX capabilities.
- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders through various channels.
- Develop and present proposals, follow up, and close deals.
- Ensure client satisfaction with current projects and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct onsite reviews and planning sessions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in IT services companies, with 3+ years in sales, project, or account management.
- Experience with clients in Energy, Financial Services, or ISV domains is a plus.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- M.Sc. in economics, computer science, applied math, or similar.
- Knowledge of estimation techniques and sales quota planning.
- Understanding of project management phases and processes.
- Familiarity with IT service models and billing practices.
- Experience in business documentation, proposals, RFIs, RFPs.
- Proficiency in business communication across management levels.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proactive, effective communicator with high EQ.
- Disciplined and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel for business trips.
Organizational relationship: Reports directly to the Head of Client Partnership.
